You’ll work with me directly in focused one-hour sessions, spaced to allow real integration and progress.
During these sessions, we use Mind Shifting as the primary method, supported by targeted life coaching to stabilise and apply the changes in real life.
Between sessions, you’re not left on your own. You’ll have ongoing check-in and accountability support via private messaging, so momentum is maintained and emerging triggers are addressed early rather than allowed to build.
You’ll also be given my Eye-2-Eye self-guided process and additional rewiring tools.
