School. Peer pressure. The friends around me, the music, the culture. What got you respect, what made you enough, what happened if you fell short. I absorbed all of it and built a version of myself around it without ever questioning where it came from.

The beliefs that formed in those years did not stay in those years. Not good enough. Not wanted. Not the kind of person who gets to want more. They followed me into every room I walked into, every decision I made about what I was capable of and what I was allowed to go after. I settled. Not because I had to. Because some part of me had decided that was the size of my life.

Anxiety ran underneath everything. Depression moved in and stayed. Comparison was constant.

Eventually the search led me to train as a counsellor. Three years of study. Forty therapy sessions on one problem I had been carrying for years.

Forty sessions. It never moved.

Then I found Mind Shifting. Problems I had been carrying for years began clearing fast. Things I had spent session after session circling simply dissolved. For the first time in years I felt the weight actually lifting.

That changed everything. I trained in Mind Shifting, developed the Eye to Eye Method, and built the Deep Why Method to clear the beliefs at the root and lock in something new. Six years of coaching and counselling 1:1. I know what it feels like to carry beliefs you never agreed to and build a life around limits that were never yours to begin with. Mind Shifting

Developed by Stevie Kent

A problem is not the situation. It is the negative thoughts and emotions you are having about the situation. Because you have resisted them, they become stored in your subconscious mind and body. Mind Shifting clears them by having you feel what needs to be felt until it is fully conscious. At that point it simply vanishes.

The process follows the same cycle every time.

Define the problem precisely.

Apply the method.

Check whether it is still there. If it is, go again.

The six techniques

Problem Shifting

Clears the specific problem a client brings into the session. Precise, targeted, and fast. Most problems clear in under 10 minutes.

Belief Shifting

Targets the beliefs running silently underneath everything else. "I am not good enough." "People always leave." The belief shifts and so does the lens you see everything through.

Trauma Shifting

For the heaviest material. Done without reliving the experience. The goal is not to reduce the charge. It is to clear it completely.

Identity Shifting

For the stories that have become who you are. "I am just not someone who..." These identities rarely shift through awareness alone. This reaches where awareness cannot.

Blockage Shifting

For when the problem is not one thing but a whole cluster. Anxiety, low self-worth, relationship patterns. Clears all connected threads until nothing remains.

Reality Shifting

Removes the subconscious resistance sitting between you and your goals. Not motivation. Not strategy. The internal blocks that have been quietly stopping you.

Eye to Eye

Developed by Leon James

We start with something specific. A behaviour, a fantasy, a pattern or an experience that keeps pulling you back. You rate how intense it feels right now on a scale of zero to ten. We look at what that behaviour has been doing for you emotionally, and what the need behind it is actually pointing to.

Underneath the behaviour there is always a belief. Underneath the belief there is always an original moment where it began. We find that moment. When it clears, the present behaviour loses its reason to exist.

The Deep Why Method

You have been operating from beliefs that stopped feeling like beliefs a long time ago. Not good enough. Not worthy. Not capable. Not safe. They became the rules you lived by without ever agreeing to them.

We target each one, dissolve the weight behind it until it no longer holds, then lock in the opposite as a felt reality. Through deep visualisation work, where I integrate NLP, you step into the future version of yourself and leave with something that pulls you forward rather than holds you back.

Frozen snapshots from moments that were never fully processed. Scenes stored in the mind that carry an emotional weight which keeps getting reactivated in the present.

03Emotions

The feeling attached to the problem. This is what gives the pattern its pull. Until that feeling is released at the source, it keeps returning regardless of how much you understand it.

04Body Sensations

Where the emotion lives physically. Problems are not just stored in the mind. They are stored in the nervous system. Until the body releases what it is holding, nothing fully shifts.

The subconscious controls the nervous system. The nervous system controls behaviour, emotions and thought. Until the subconscious is cleared, you remain in the same loop. This is why partial approaches produce partial results. These methods work across all four levels simultaneously. That is what makes complete and lasting change possible.

FAQ

How does a session work?

Sessions are one hour, online, via video call. You bring whatever you are working on. We define it clearly, apply the method, and check whether it has shifted before the session ends. You do not need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. Showing up is enough.

How many sessions do I need?

That depends on what you are carrying and how much of it there is. Some people shift something significant in a single session. Others benefit from the full six session programme to work through multiple layers. If you are unsure, start with a single session and see what moves.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not talk therapy and it does not replace it. Therapy has its place. This works differently. Rather than building awareness around a problem, we clear the emotional weight behind it at the subconscious level. You will not spend the session analysing your past or being asked how something makes you feel.

Do I need to share personal details or my full history?

No. You do not need to narrate your history or explain everything that led you here. All that is needed is the present problem and the feeling that comes with it. What needs to surface will surface. Nothing is forced and nothing is dug up and left unresolved.

Is it online only?

Yes. All sessions take place online via video call. This means wherever you are in the world, the work is accessible.

I have tried coaching and therapy before and nothing has worked. Why would this be different?

Because most approaches work at the level of the conscious mind. They build awareness, give strategies, or help you manage what you are carrying. None of that reaches the subconscious level where the problem is actually stored. This does. That is not a criticism of other approaches. It is simply a different level of work. If you have done everything right and it is still there, the level has not been reached yet. That is what this reaches.

How quickly will I see results?

Problems that have been present for years can shift in a single session. That is not a promise of a specific outcome. It is what consistently happens when the work reaches the right level. You will know within the session whether something has moved. Not a feeling that it might have helped. Certainty.

Do you give advice?

No. This is not advisory coaching where you are told what to do or handed a plan to follow. When a problem clears, something shifts in how you see it. The noise drops. The weight lifts. What was confusing becomes clear. The clarity you leave with does not come from me. It comes from within you, from a completely different place than where you were operating before.

Do you offer counselling?

Yes. I am a qualified counsellor and I bring that into the work. Sessions are not purely counselling and they are not purely coaching. I combine my counselling background with Mind Shifting, Eye to Eye and the Deep Why Method depending on what the work calls for. You get the depth of therapeutic training with the precision of methods that clear rather than just explore.
